Barrel Clinic

*Beginner Clinic 9 am-12 pm (6 to Adult)
*Intermediate/Advanced Clinic 1 am-4 pm (8 to Adult) PLEASE honestly know your skill level!

Jackpot is open to ALL and ALL ages. You do not have to participate in the clinic to participate in the jackpot.

The Beginner Clinic will work on the basics. This is NOT a “go fast” clinic. This is for those who are just learning, wanting to learn, or who need to go back to the basics. This part of the clinic will concentrate on slow work, hands, legs, and proper setup. ONLY 10 participants will be accepted for this session!

The Afternoon Clinic will concentrate on rating, moving hip and shoulder, balance, keeping your horse between your legs, and information on how to work on problems your horse may be having. There will be slow work and one on one. Please honestly critique your riding ability before deciding which session is best for you. You may join both if you’d like. ONLY 8 participants will be accepted for this session!

First come, first serve. After the clinic is full, we will start a waiting list.

These sessions will be small so participants can get more one-on-one.
Sessions are $65 each

Joe Pratt will be instructing. Joe has been training performance horses for over 35 years. The horses he’s trained have gone on to be proficient and win money in many areas, including; barrels, roping, and cutting and many have been good all-around horses. He’s had students who’ve won all-around titles, and students who’ve competed on a professional level in barrels and roping. He is first and foremost a horse trainer and fixer. He also has an eye for what people can fix about their riding or with their horse, which helps make them better competitors. We can put this clinic at a better rate than most of our clinics because he is volunteering his time.

We will have a fun jackpot starting at 5 pm. Jackpot registration will end at 4:30 pm.

Jackpot will offer youth and open. All are Welcome! This is just for fun/practice! Entry fee is $25 flat. This will be 4D. Payout depends on the amount participants!

Participant’s Name, Age, which session they are participating in and an email address for confirmation. Please use an email that you check often.)
Spots are on a first-come, first serve. No refunds unless you have a doctor’s note!

You DO NOT have to pre-register for the jackpot. You may register the day of. Jackpot registration is CASH only. Please be prepared.
