Cost: $55 morning session, $85 afternoon session (includes clinic and stock fees)
10am-12pm: Morning session will begin with the basics of goat tying. This session will be ground work without horses. You will start off working with basic ties, flanking and running up. If you have never tied before or are new at goat tying, this session is for you. We only have 10 spots available for this session.
1pm - 4pmish: Afternoon session is ONLY for those who are tying from horseback (ages 8 and up.) This session is to practice dismounts, running up, flanking and tying properly. Participants must already be able to tie and be able to mount and dismount on their own. You must have your own horse for the afternoon session. One of the main errors we see with goat tyers is an improper step off. Your step off is a very important part of getting a better time. We only have 12 spots available for this session. We will be using dummy goats and live goats. MAKE SURE you indicate morning, afternoon or both, when you sign up!

Parents, please know your younger children’s attention span. They do need to be able to concentrate.

Needed equipment: Goat tie. You may purchase one from a western store, online store, or buy one from us at the clinic. Proper foot wear is required for afternoon session! Participants will need cowboy boots! The arena is covered but please be aware of the temperature! Dress appropriately.

***Make sure you include the following information with payment:
Participant’s Name, Age and an email address (that you check often) AND IF THEY ARE RIGHT OR LEFT HANDED!
Please indicate if they will participating in the morning session, the afternoon session, or both!

Spots are on first come, first serve. No refunds unless you have a doctors note! Once the clinic is full, we will start a waiting list.
You will get dirty. You will get bruised. Please be prepared

*ALL participants will need a release form! If PARENT or LEGAL, COURT APPOINTED GUARDIAN CANNOT ATTEND, form will need to signed AND Notarized by one of the above. Participants must have the correct form to participate in the clinic!

We suggest you bring a sack lunch. There will be snacks and drinks available for purchase
