We update rosters frequently before call-in is completed. 

We will post the final roster and Run Sheets on the Wednesday before each rodeo.
Please, check the roster to ensure that participants have the correct information for the upcoming rodeo. 

Email us as rodeo@say-rodeo.com if you need to report a correction, omission, etc.

Email/Text/Phone:  July 31 (5pm - 9pm ET / 4pm - 8pm CT)

Late Email:  July 31 (9pm ET / 8pm CT) until August 4 (6pm ET / 5pm CT) << Late Fee will be assessed.
